Sales Letter: Boston Organics*

Objective: This was an assignment for a copywriting class. The objective was to create a sales letter for a produce and snack company (real company, fictional promotion), advertising their services to local office managers of companies with 50–200 employees. These managers are charged with making their workplaces as pleasant, healthy, and enjoyable as possible, and one of their most challenging tasks is managing food and snack orders for the office.

Solution: I created a friendly, casual letter with a tone similar to the company’s real brand voice that draws in the reader and explains what the company does and how they can help their target audience (in this case, office managers). My letter introduces the company, describes what they do, and explains the benefits of joining their corporate program.
